  • Mr. Lee is a co-founder of KLP IP Firm and heads the BT and IT Prosecution Groups and IP Strategy Group. Mr. Lee's practice entails the full spectrum of patent prosecution. He has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for various multinational corporations, both domestic and foreign, in the areas of Bio-technology, Nano-technology and Information-technology applications.
  • Mr. Lee performs patent infringement and validity analysis for major corporations and provides counsel on how to avoid infringement of various patents. He also assists clients in formulating strategies and policies for generating a patent portfolio.
  • Mr. Lee also drafts and prosecutes patent applications in the field of Bio, Nano and Information technologies. Mr. LEE regularly represents clients in the procurement, evaluation and enforcement of high-technology patents. In addition, Mr. LEE has considerable involvement in patent litigation matters relating to electrical, mechanical and machinery technologies.
  • Mr. Lee was formerly employed at WONJON and C&S IP Firm from 2002 to 2007 and was patent counsel in the intellectual property department of Samsung Electronics (SAIT) from 2007 to 2011.
